How it works

Apply: for a role and complete the assessment & interview process.


Train: for 4-12 weeks (full-time) and get paid throughout. If you're based in India, the training isn't paid, instead, you'll receive a bonus once placed. 


Work: at one of our clients for 12-24 months (full-time).


Convert: The vast majority convert to a full time employee with the client.
