Partnerships team

You might meet our partnerships team at a career fair or on a webinar. They introduce mthree opportunities to career-seekers early on and offer a series of webinars to build job-ready skills.

Through a variety of Professional Development workshops and one-on-one sessions, we’re able to work with students to identify how mthree can meet their individual needs as they begin their professional career. Often we’re the first step in the journey for each graduate we hire.

Talent team

Once you apply or we contact you about a role, our talent team takes over. They search for outstanding people and match them with the ideal role, focusing on finding jobs that align with your passions, including areas you might not know about.

When you’re getting trained by mthree, they’re the ones who help you level up. Our expert instructors teach the specific technical skills and industry knowledge you’ll need to thrive in your role.

Our team provides learning opportunities in which Alumni demonstrate mastery of technical skills and knowledge. Through case studies and projects based in real-world scenarios, Alumni explore how this enables business operations. They also practice the communication and collaboration skills needed to engage with colleagues across an organisation.

When you’re working onsite as an Alumni, the Alumni Success team supports your development towards a career for the long term. They provide role-specific learning plans and are always on hand to answer any questions.

We’re here to support Alumni throughout their journey by providing valuable learning opportunities. We identify resources to help each individual develop in-demand technical and power skills to excel in their role. From performance assessments to offering industry recognised certifications, we aim to prepare our Alumni for long-term career success.

Client Success

After completing the program, the majority convert to permanent employees with the client. As you progress, you may find you’re involved in hiring more Alumni to follow in your footsteps.

At mthree the client success role is key. We engage with existing clients, liaising with all our internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. It’s always rewarding to see an Alumni’s journey progress within an organisation.
