Lorna Armitage MBE is the Co-Founder and CEO of CAPSLOCK, an award-winning cyber security training organisation dedicated to making cyber careers accessible to everyone. With over 15 years of experience across cyber security consultancy, higher education and business leadership, Lorna has helped more than 1,500 people reskill into cyber careers while working extensively across governance, risk, compliance and security leadership. She is a recognised advocate for diversity, social mobility and skills development within the cyber security profession and was awarded an MBE for services to Cyber Security in 2026.
