Hire Train deploy is a strategic workforce solution that helps organisations quickly access job-ready junior talent with the right technical and professional skills that allows them to make an impact from day one.

Hire - mthree recruits and hires high-potential graduates and early-career professionals who demonstrate strong aptitude and motivation.

Train - These candidates undergo intensive, industry-aligned training tailored to the client’s needs.

Deploy - Once trained, they are deployed on-site to the client as mthree employees (called Alumni). After a set period, clients have the option to convert the talent to permanent employees.
